Indiana High School Soccer - Norwell knocks off Blackford

Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) and the visiting Blackford Bruins (Hartford City, IN), saw Norwell's soccer squad triumph over Blackford by a count of 9-0.

The Knights (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against Woodlan (Woodburn, IN). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Woodlan notched a victory over New Haven (New Haven, IN), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bruins confront the Union City Indians (Union City, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 5. Blackford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 5-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Knightstown (Knightstown, IN).
