The Birch Run Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Yale Bulldogs to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now have a 24-4 record. They play next when they travel to Chesaning for a Mid-Michigan Athletic outing on Tuesday, October 8. Birch Run will play a Indians team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI). The Indians record now stands at 3-11.

With the loss, Yale drops to 8-14 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI) to play the Pioneers in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 5. The Pioneers come into the outing with a record of 16-16. Croswell-Lexington lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Richmond (Richmond, MI)
