Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Boyden-Hull Comets (Hull, IA) and the host Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA), observed Boyden-Hull's volleyball team top Okoboji by a count of 3-0.

The Comets (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA). The Generals enter the contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, Sibley-Ocheyedan was knocked off by Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Pioneers meet the Harris-Lake Park Wolves (Lake Park, IA) in a contest, on Saturday, October 5. Okoboji will attempt to move on its 6-16 season record. The Wolves enter the contest with a 2-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. Mary's (Remsen, IA).
