Utah High School Volleyball - Green River over Bryce Valley

The Green River Pirates (Green River, UT) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Bryce Valley Mustangs (Tropic, UT), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Monument Valley for a 1A Region 19 bout on Saturday, October 5. Green River will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Reserve (Reserve, NM). The Cougars record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, Bryce Valley drops to 1-14 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Escalante (Escalante, UT) to clash with the Moquis in a 1A Region 20 bout on Wednesday, October 9. The Moquis come into the bout with a record of 2-10. Escalante lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Wayne (Bicknell, UT)
