Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Central Cambria over Tyrone

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA) and the host Tyrone Golden Eagles (Tyrone, PA), observed Central Cambria's volleyball team top Tyrone by a count of 3-0.

The Red Devils (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Huskies enter the Laurel Highlands 2 contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Bishop Carroll notched a victory over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Golden Eagles meet the Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Tyrone will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 19-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA).
