In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host East Jefferson Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Ecole Classique Spartans.
The Warriors (7-15) will now prepare for their challenge against A.J. Ellender (Houma, LA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, A.J. Ellender beat Franklin (Franklin, LA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans meet the Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA) in a Division V District 8 challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Ecole Classique will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
