Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the T.R. Miller Tigers (Brewton, AL) and the visiting Jay Royals (Jay, FL), observed T.R. Miller's volleyball team top Jay by a count of 2-0.

The Tigers (19-5) will now prepare for their contest against Foley (Foley, AL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Foley notched a victory over Murphy (Mobile, AL), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Royals battle the West Florida Jaguars (Pensacola, FL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 7. Jay will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 11-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Chipley (Chipley, FL).
