Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Hamilton Hawks (Jewell, IA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Prairie City-Monroe improves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Mustangs host Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA) to face the Warhawks in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Warhawks go into the test with a record of 20-12. Southeast Warren won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA)

The Hawks now own a 4-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league test on Monday, October 7. South Hamilton will face a Huskies squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Fort Dodge (Fort Dodge, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-9.
