Illinois High School Volleyball - Seneca over St. Bede

The Seneca Fighting Irish volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting St. Bede Bruins to 0 in the Fighting Irish league triumph on Thursday.

The Fighting Irish now have a 20-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wilmington for a non-league outing on Monday, October 7. Seneca will play a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 league win over Manteno (Manteno, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-5.

With the loss, St. Bede drops to 13-10 on the campaign. The Bruins host Parkview Christian Academy (Yorkville, IL) to play the Falcons in a non-league outing on Monday, October 7. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 11-10. Parkview Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Illinois Math & Science Academy (Aurora, IL)
