Allen East Mustangs (Harrod, OH) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Spencerville Bearcats (Spencerville, OH), 56-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Allen East advances its record to 2-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Jefferson (Delphos, OH) to play the Wildcats in a Northwest battle on Saturday, October 11. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 1-6. Jefferson lost 41-7 in their recent league battle against Lima Central Catholic (Lima, OH)
The Bearcats now own a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lima Central Catholic for a Northwest match on Thursday, October 9. Spencerville will confront a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 41-7 league win over Jefferson (Delphos, OH). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 7-0.
