Atlantic Eagles (Delray Beach, FL) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Treasure Coast Titans (Port St. Lucie, FL), 30-8 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Atlantic improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Coconut Creek (Coconut Creek, FL) to play the Cougars in a 5A District 14 battle on Friday, October 10. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 6-1. Coconut Creek won 45-6 in their recent non-league match against South Broward (Hollywood, FL)
The Titans (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Fort Pierce, FL). The Cobras go into the 7A District 11 challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Central toppled Legacy (Port St. Lucie, FL), 49-14, in a non-league challenge.
