Mississippi High School Football - Delta Academy defeated by Central Holmes Christian

The Central Holmes Christian Trojans were victorious over the host Delta Academy Raiders football team by a score of 62-46 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Russell Christian Academy Warriors (Meridian, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 10. Central Holmes Christian will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 49-26 non-league win over Sylva Bay Academy (Bay Springs, MS).

With the defeat, Delta Academy drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to DeSoto (West Helena, AR) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a non-league test on Friday, October 10. The Thunderbirds come into the test with a record of 5-2. DeSoto won 36-0 in their recent league game against Tunica Academy (Tunica, MS)
