The Deshler Tigers walloped the host Central Wildcats football team by a score of 48-13 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Brooks Lions (Killen, AL) in a 4A Region 7 outing, on Friday, October 10. Deshler will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 65-0 league win over Danville (Danville, AL).

With the defeat, Central drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host East Lawrence (Trinity, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a 4A Region 7 outing on Friday, October 10.
