The CrossPointe Christian Academy Cavaliers walloped the host Covington Academy Bulldogs football team by a score of 62-14 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Trinity Christian School of Griffin LIONS (Griffin, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 10. CrossPointe Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The LIONS go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 30-12 non-league win over Peachtree Academy (Covington, GA).
The Bulldogs (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Peoples Baptist Academy (McDonough, GA). The Knights enter the GAPPS A Region 2 (9 Man) challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Peoples Baptist Academy was ripped by Victory Baptist (Loganville, GA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
