The Crane Mustangs football squad scored 70 points and limited the host Pine Eagle Spartans to 6 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie City/Burnt River for a 1A Special District 4 (8 Man) test on Friday, October 10. Crane will meet a squad coming off a 48-6 league loss to Union (Union, OR). The record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Pine Eagle drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Adrian (Adrian, OR) to meet the Antelopes in a 1A Special District 4 (8 Man) test on Friday, October 10. The Antelopes come into the test with a record of 5-0. Adrian won 48-0 in their recent league test against Powder Valley (North Powder, OR)
