The Denison-Schleswig Monarchs walloped the host Glenwood Rams football team by a score of 51-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Monarchs clash with the Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) in a 4A District 6 test, on Friday, October 10. Denison-Schleswig will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Titans come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 52-21 league win over Boone (Boone, IA).
The Rams (4-2) will now prepare for their game against A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Tigers enter the 4A District 6 game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, A-D-M trounced Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA), 42-7, in a league outing.
