The Spring Hill Bears (Hope, AR) football tipped the host Dierks Outlaws (Dierks, AR), 22-20 in Friday's league outing.
The Bears now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lafayette County for a 2A Region 3 outing on Friday, October 10. Spring Hill will battle a Cougars team coming off a 47-7 league loss to Gurdon (Gurdon, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 1-4.
The Outlaws (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR). The Rattlers enter the 2A Region 3 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Murfreesboro held off Foreman (Foreman, AR), 48-34, in a league game.
