The North Central Thunderbirds walloped the visiting Edinburgh Lancers football squad by a margin of 71-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Spencer for a non-league outing on Friday, October 10. North Central will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 41-33 league win over Pike Central (Petersburg, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 2-5.

With the defeat, Edinburgh drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to North Decatur (Greensburg, IN) to clash with the Chargers in a Mid-Indiana outing on Friday, October 10. The Chargers come into the outing with a record of 6-1. North Decatur won 59-14 in their recent non-league outing against Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN)
