The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Southwest Florida Christian King's (Fort Myers, FL) and the host First Baptist Academy Lions (Naples, FL), saw Southwest Florida Christian's football team bounce First Baptist Academy by a final score of 35-0.

With the win, Southwest Florida Christian advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The King's travel to Glades Day (Belle Glade, FL) to encounter the Gators in a non-league bout on Friday, October 10. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Glades Day lost 31-18 in their recent non-league bout against Evangelical Christian (Fort Myers, FL)

The Lions now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Neumann for a 1A District 11 bout on Friday, October 10. First Baptist Academy will confront a Celtics squad coming off a 20-13 non-league loss to Carrollwood Day (Tampa, FL). The Celtics record now stands at 4-3.
