Missouri High School Football - North Point can't hold off Fort Zumwalt South

Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs (St. Peters, MO) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the host North Point Grizzlies (Wentzville, MO), 29-28 in a league battle.

With the win, Fort Zumwalt South advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Fort Zumwalt North (O'Fallon, MO) to play the Panthers in a Gateway - Central battle on Thursday, October 9. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 5-1. Fort Zumwalt North won 49-6 in their recent league match against Fort Zumwalt East (St. Peters, MO)

Coming up next, the Grizzlies confront the Washington Bluejays (Washington, MO) in a Gateway - Central match, on Friday, October 10. North Point will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Bluejays come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 42-20 non-league loss to Liberty (Wentzville, MO).
