The Frazee Hornets football squad scored 46 points and limited the host Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines to 12 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Park-Audubon for a Mid Northwest - Central test on Friday, October 10. Frazee will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 48-13 league loss to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 4-2.
The Wolverines (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Parkers Prairie (Parkers Prairie, MN). The Panthers go into the Mid Northwest - Central challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Parkers Prairie bounced Otter Tail Central co-op [Battle Lake/Henning] (Battle Lake, MN), 30-16, in a non-league challenge.
