The Genoa Area Comets (Genoa, OH) football knocked off the host Rossford Bulldogs (Rossford, OH), 42-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Comets now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Eastwood for a Northern Buckeye outing on Friday, October 10. Genoa Area will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 42-6 league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 6-1.

With the defeat, Rossford drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Fostoria (Fostoria, OH) to clash with the Redmen in a Northern Buckeye outing on Friday, October 10. The Redmen come into the outing with a record of 0-7. Fostoria lost 70-20 in their recent league outing against Maumee (Maumee, OH)
