Nebraska High School Football - High Plains trounces Giltner

In Friday's league match, the host High Plains Storm football squad scored a decisive 80-34 victory over the Giltner Hornets.

The Storm (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Lawrence-Nelson (Nelson, NE). The Raiders enter the D2 District 4 (8 Man) match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Lawrence-Nelson walloped Nebraska Lutheran (Waco, NE), 1-0, in a league battle.

The Hornets now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Bruning-Davenport/Shickley for a D2 District 4 (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 10. Giltner will play a Eagles team coming off a 26-20 league win over Deshler (Deshler, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
