Texas High School Football - Houston Christian loses to Trinity Valley

The Houston Christian Mustangs football team (Houston, TX), was topped 45-21 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Trinity Valley Trojans (Fort Worth, TX)

With the win, Trinity Valley advances its record to 2-4 on the season. The Trojans host Oakridge (Arlington, TX) to encounter the Owls in a Southwest Prep 3A bout on Friday, October 10. The Owls enter the match with a record of 6-0. Oakridge won 47-7 in their recent league match against St. Andrew's (Austin, TX)

Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Tomball Christian HomeSchool Warriors (Tomball, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 9. Houston Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 3-2 record after their 44-24 non-league loss to The Woodlands Christian Academy (The Woodlands, TX).
