Alabama High School Football - Southern Christian wallops Jacksonville Christian Academy

The Southern Christian Patriots football squad scored 56 points and limited the host Jacksonville Christian Academy Thunder to 6 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now hold a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evangel Christian for a Alabama Christian (8 Man) test on Friday, October 10. Southern Christian will meet a Lightning squad coming off a 50-14 league win over Lighthouse HomeSchool (Oneonta, AL). The Lightning record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Jacksonville Christian Academy drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Thunder host Christian Community (White House, TN) to meet the Colts in a non-league test on Friday, October 10. The Colts come into the test with a record of 5-3. Christian Community lost 42-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Providence Christian Academy (Murfreesboro, TN)
