Washington High School Football - Liberty edged by Lake Washington

In Friday's league game, the Lake Washington Kangaroos (Kirkland, WA) football team edged the host Liberty Patriots (Issaquah, WA), by a score of 21-17.

In their next game, the Kangaroos face the Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) in a 3A/4A Kingco - Crest game, on Friday, October 10. Lake Washington will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 1-4 record after their 46-28 league loss to North Creek (Bothell, WA).

With the defeat, Liberty drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Issaquah (Issaquah, WA) to clash with the Eagles in a 3A/4A Kingco - Crest outing on Friday, October 10. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 3-2. Issaquah won 41-14 in their recent league outing against Juanita (Kirkland, WA)
