The Mattawan Wildcats were victorious over the visiting Lakeshore Lancers football team by a score of 42-31 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Southwestern Michigan - West test on Friday, October 10. Mattawan will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 42-36 league loss to Portage Northern (Portage, MI). The Bears record now stands at 3-3.
