The Plainfield Central Wildcats football team (Plainfield, IL), was crushed 74-7 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL)

With the win, Minooka advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Indians host Oswego (Oswego, IL) to confront the Panthers in a Southwest Prairie - West contest on Friday, October 10. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 5-1. Oswego won 48-6 in their recent non-league contest against Joliet West (Joliet, IL)

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL) in a Southwest Prairie - East contest, on Friday, October 10. Plainfield Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 35-19 non-league loss to Yorkville (Yorkville, IL).
