The Oakfield Oaks football squad scored 49 points and limited the visiting Montello Hilltoppers to 8 in the Oaks league triumph on Friday.

The Oaks now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. John's Northwestern Military Academy for a Southeast (8 Man) test on Friday, October 10. Oakfield will face a Lancers team coming off a 22-16 league win over Williams Bay (Williams Bay, WI). The Lancers record now stands at 1-6.

The Hilltoppers (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Christian (Oshkosh, WI). The Warriors go into the Southeast (8 Man) challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Valley Christian bounced Wayland Academy (Beaver Dam, WI), 51-8, in a non-league test.
