Oregon High School Football - Sunset trounced by Mountainside

The Sunset Apollos football squad (Portland, OR), was trounced 56-20 in Friday's league contest with the host Mountainside Mavericks (Beaverton, OR)

The Mavericks (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southridge (Beaverton, OR). The Skyhawks enter the 6A Metro contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Southridge was trounced by Beaverton (Beaverton, OR), 40-14, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Apollos confront the Westview Wildcats (Portland, OR) in a 6A Metro contest, on Friday, October 10. Sunset will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 3-2 record after their 35-7 league loss to Jesuit (Portland, OR).
