North Carolina High School Football - Richmond Senior triumphant over Pine Forest

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Richmond Senior Raiders (Rockingham, NC) and the host Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC), witnessed Richmond Senior's football squad wallop Pine Forest by a tally of 53-8.

The Raiders (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Buccaneers enter the Mid-South 7A/8A bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Jack Britt was crushed by Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC), 29-21, in a league bout.

The Trojans now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hoke County for a Mid-South 7A/8A bout on Friday, October 10. Pine Forest will encounter a Bucks team coming off a 24-6 league loss to Overhills (Spring Lake, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 1-4.
