Iowa High School Football - Riverside tops St. Albert

The Riverside Bulldogs football squad scored 55 points and limited the host St. Albert Falcons to 26 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Central Decatur for a A District 7 challenge on Friday, October 10. Riverside will play a Cardinals team coming off a 49-6 league loss to Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center (Guthrie Center, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-4.
The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA). The Westerners go into the A District 8 challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Akron-Westfield lost by Woodbury Central (Moville, IA), 29-6, in a league challenge.
