Georgia High School Football - Upson-Lee knocked off by Troup County

October 3, 2025: LaGrange, GA 30241

In Friday's league game, the Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA) football team overcame the visiting Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA), by a tally of 35-7.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) in a AAA Region 2 game, on Friday, October 10. Troup County will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 2-5 record after their 42-20 league loss to Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA).

With the defeat, Upson-Lee drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA) to clash with the Tigers in a AAA Region 2 outing on Friday, October 17.
