The Guilderland Flying Dutchmen held off the host Ballston Spa Scotties soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Friday's league game.

Next, the Flying Dutchmen face the Colonie Central Wolfpack (Albany, NY) in a Suburban Council- Blue bout, on Saturday, October 4. Guilderland will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 2-2 non-league Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY).

With the loss, Ballston Spa moves to 6-4 on the year. The Scotties travel to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY) to play the Spartans in a Suburban Council- Blue bout on Tuesday, October 7. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY)
