The Archbishop Riordan Crusaders walloped the host Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish football squad by a count of 50-0 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host St. Ignatius College Preparatory for a test on Saturday, October 11. Archbishop Riordan will face a Wildcats team coming off a 20-7 league win over Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
The Fightin' Irish (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Padres go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Junipero Serra was ripped by St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 20-7, in a league challenge.
