California High School Football - Del Oro nudges Granite Bay

October 3, 2025: Granite Bay, CA 95746

In Friday's league match, the visiting Del Oro Golden Eagles football squad scored a close 14-12 victory over the Granite Bay Grizzlies.

The Golden Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs enter the match with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Folsom was tipped by Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA), 28-21, in a league battle.

The Grizzlies now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Whitney for a battle on Friday, October 10. Granite Bay will play a Wildcats team coming off a 52-0 league loss to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
