In Friday's league match, the host South San Francisco Warriors football squad scored a good 27-0 triumph over the Fremont Firebirds.
The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA). The Tigers go into the battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Terra Nova prevailed over Los Altos (Los Altos, CA), 14-0, in a league battle.
The Firebirds now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Gunn for a battle on Friday, October 10. Fremont will play a Titans team coming off a 15-14 non-league win over Aragon (San Mateo, CA). The Titans record now stands at 4-1.
