The Academy of Holy Angels Stars edged the host Owatonna Huskies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Stars confront the Minneapolis Southwest Lakers (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 3. Academy of Holy Angels will attempt to advance on its 20-3 season record. The Lakers go into the game with a 4-11 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Anoka (Anoka, MN).
The Huskies (15-4) will now prepare for their game against Blake (Minneapolis, MN). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 9-5 record.
