The Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Alliance Bloomfield Bulls to 1 in the Vaqueros non-league triumph on Friday.

Next up, the Vaqueros confront the Estancia Eagles (Costa Mesa, CA) in a Garden Grove match, on Tuesday, October 7. Rancho Alamitos will attempt to advance on its 15-6 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 12-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Santiago (Garden Grove, CA).

The Bulls (7-7) will now prepare for their match against East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Spartans enter the Eastside match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, East College Prep was dropped by Collins Family (Huntington Park, CA), 3-0, in a league bout.
