California High School Volleyball - Thousand Oaks tips Burroughs

The Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) volleyball held off the host Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Lancers (27-3) will now prepare for their contest against Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 13-11 record. In their last contest, Village Christian was tipped by Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Bears battle the Marin Catholic Wildcats (Kentfield, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 3. Burroughs will attempt to move on its 18-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 14-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA).
