The Cedar Mountain Cougars tipped the visiting Redwood Valley Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Cougars confront the Renville County West Jaguars (Renville, MN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 4. Cedar Mountain will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 12-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop (Winthrop, MN).
The Cardinals (10-12) will now prepare for their match against Windom (Windom, MN). The Eagles go into the Big South - East battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Windom was edged by Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
