The Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE) volleyball held off the visiting St. Thomas More Cavaliers (Rapid City, SD), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Longhorns now possess a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Chadron for a non-league match on Friday, October 3. Chase County will confront a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Gordon-Rushville (Gordon, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-8.
