Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders (St. Paul, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies (Isle, MN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, White Bear Lake beat Mounds View (Arden Hills, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies meet the Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 3. Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Bombers come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 3-0 league win over Lourdes (Rochester, MN).
