The Winnisquam Bears knocked off the visiting Fall Mountain Wildcats volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Bears now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Gilford for a Division II bout on Wednesday, October 8. Winnisquam will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 8-5.

The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Mascoma (Canaan, NH). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Mascoma was knocked off by Epping (Epping, NH), 3-1, in a league contest.
