The New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds volleyball squad (New Ulm, MN), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Jackson County Central Huskies (Jackson, MN)

The Huskies (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Triton (Dodge Center, MN). The Cobras enter the non-league contest with a 14-3 record.

Next, the Greyhounds meet the DeLaSalle Islanders (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 4. New Ulm Cathedral will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Islanders go into the test with a 10-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN).
