The Oldham County Colonels volleyball team (Buckner, KY), was knocked off 2-0 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY)

The Cougars (19-9) will now prepare for their contest against Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 23-2 record. In their last contest, Beechwood notched a victory over Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Colonels battle the Fairdale Bulldogs (Fairdale, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 4. Oldham County will attempt to move on its 14-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 5-16 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cloverport (Cloverport, KY).
