Oak Park Eagles (Oak Park, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Malibu Sharks (Malibu, CA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (14-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Camarillo (Camarillo, CA). The Scorpions come into the Coastal Canyon challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Camarillo lost by Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Sharks play the Hueneme Vikings (Oxnard, CA) in a Citrus Coast game, on Monday, October 6. Malibu will attempt to advance on its 9-11 season record. The Vikings go into the game with a 4-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Nordhoff (Ojai, CA).
