Alaska High School Volleyball - Mountain City Christian Academy overwhelmed by Nikiski

Nikiski Bulldogs (Nikiski, AK) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mountain City Christian Academy Lions (Anchorage, AK), 3-0 in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now have a 16-7 record. They play next when they host Grace Christian for a 3A Southcentral outing on Saturday, October 4. Nikiski will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Nikiski (Nikiski, AK). The Grizzlies record now stands at 13-12.

With the loss, Mountain City Christian Academy drops to 9-9 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Homer (Homer, AK) to play the Mariners in a 3A Southcentral outing on Saturday, October 4. The Mariners come into the outing with a record of 8-9. Homer lost 3-2 in their recent league game against Nikiski (Nikiski, AK)
