With the win, South LA College Prep improves its record to 4-8 on the season. The Knights host Simon Tech (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Huskies in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 1-1.

The now own a 197-501 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calvary Academy for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Varsity Opponent will meet a Warrior team coming off a 2-0 league loss to American Christian School (Rockaway, NJ). The Warrior record now stands at 9-3.
