The Clinton Arrows basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Holmes County Central Jaguars to 50 in the Arrows non-league victory on Sunday.

The Arrows now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgeland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 1.

The Jaguars (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS). The Gators come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Vicksburg prevailed over Port Gibson (Port Gibson, MS), 77-73, in a non-league contest.
